ABOUT US

Our Mission & Vision
Lighthouse Assembly exists to shine bright in the darkness: Our purpose is to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ, love God, and love people. At Lighthouse Assembly, we provide uplifting sermons that focus on the teachings of the Gospel. Each week, we explore relevant biblical themes to inspire and empower our community. Join us on this journey of faith as we seek guidance from God's Word, cultivate our relationship with Him, and share love amongst each other. Everyone is welcome to attend our services, where we strive to strengthen our faith and grow together. Don't miss out on the opportunity to deepen your understanding and fellowship with us.
Our History
The Assemblies of God was founded in 1914 in Hot Springs, Arkansas with 300 people at the founding convention. Today, there are close to 13,000 churches in the U.S. with over 3 million members and adherents. There are more than 88 million adherents worldwide, making the Assemblies of God the world’s largest Pentecostal denomination.
The U.S. Assemblies of God national office is located at 1445 N. Boonville Avenue, Springfield, Missouri. It houses the Fellowship's executive and administrative offices, service divisions and departments, and warehouse.
Core Values: Faith, Compassion, and Togetherness
In the Assemblies of God, our mission is to evangelize the lost, worship God, disciple believers, and show compassion to others. We are anchored by our commitment in actively engaging with the Bible, living a life empowered by the Spirit, and sharing the gospel through missions—both nationally and internationally.
Our Leadership
We are currently in a season of transition and are prayerfully seeking our next senior pastor.
